Due to the Sherman Minton Bridge closure please take the following new route. Take 1-65 North to I-265 West. Follow I-265 about 5 miles. I-265 ends at I-64. Stay left and take the East Bound ramp toward Louisville. Take the New Albany exit, number 123. You will see the Holiday Inn Express at the bottom of the ramp. Go straight 2 blocks to Main St. Turn Right. Main St. will turn into Highway 111. When the road splits follow it to the left and crossover the railroad tracks. Horseshoe is approximately 8 miles down Highway 111.

From Indianapolis take I-65 toward Louisville. Take I-265 West, exit 6. Follow I-265 about 5 miles. I-265 ends at I-64. Stay left and take the East Bound ramp toward Louisville.
