Dining Areas and Buffet Details

The Paula Deen Buffet will have six different stations, in addition to two carving stations, and a few live stations where chefs will prepare Paula’s famous dishes right before your eyes. The buffet stations are all named after restaurants owned by Paula and her family with the exception of the Hoe Cake window where you will be able to pick up her delicious and famous Hoecakes and Cheese Biscuits. The restaurant will have seating for more than 525 Horseshoe guests and our culinary team will undergo extensive training on the preparation of Paula’s famous dishes.
